Every year, about 1,000 Ontario schools participate in People for Education's Annual School Survey taking an inventory of everything from custodians to textbooks to class sizes to parent fundraising.

Your school can take part in our 2008/09 survey of elementary and secondary schools!

For 12 years, we have been asking school councils and principals to fill out one survey together. This year there are two surveys: one for principals and one for school councils.

Advantages: The principal surveys are shorter and quicker to fill out. And we can pilot a new school council survey! We encourage parents to it fill out at a school council meeting, if possible. (Surveys were mailed on Oct. 9th)

The data we collect from both surveys informs our Annual Report on Ontario's Schools which will be published in May 2009.
